The Kansas City Business Journal highlighted the fact that contributions to Servant have increased again in 2010. At the end of the third quarter, we’d seen an increase in contributions of 36% over 2009. This is on top of the growth we saw last year, which was also over 30% of the year before. As the article highlights, much of the increase is due to givers using assets to give from their wealth, rather than their cashflow.
